Sales Marketing Executive

BSEP Global Industries Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based manufacturing and trading company specializing in fire protection and electro-mechanical products and solutions. We work in collaboration with EMACO Global LLC, USA, supporting contractors, distributors, consultants, industrial clients, and project customers in the Malaysian market.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our domestic sales growth, customer development, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers in the Malaysia domestic market

• Visit contractors, EPC companies, consultants, factories, distributors, and project clients

• Promote EMACO fire protection products and other brands supplied by BSEP

• Prepare quotations, follow up RFQs, and coordinate with internal teams

• Maintain customer database, sales records, and follow-up activities

• Support product introduction, brand enlistment, and basic marketing activities

• Use email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and direct communication for customer engagement

• Achieve monthly sales and customer development targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred

• Experience in fire protection, M&E, construction, building services, or industrial products will be an advantage

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to visit customers and develop business relationships

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

• Must have own transport

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software will be an advantage
