Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya with High Commissions plus basic salary!

This role is responsible for promoting TrainLegal.Asia's training programs and services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.

Daily activities include identifying prospects, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the training team to tailor offerings to client needs.

The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital channels, supporting webinar and event promotion, and tracking performance metrics to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

The executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, timely follow-ups, and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, client relationship management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets and close deals.
• Experience in marketing planning, campaign execution, and basic digital marketing (social media, email marketing, content creation).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or other languages is an advantage.
• Good organizational, time management, and coordination abilities, especially in handling multiple prospects, events, and follow-ups.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and online webinar or meeting platforms.
• Previous experience in training, education, professional services, or B2B sales is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
