Sales And Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, well spoken, and target-driven Sales Executive who can do outbound calling and convert leads into confirmed helicopter bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion (Main Role)

·       Call outbound leads from our database - Corporate, HNI, Travel Agents, Tour Operators

·       Convert inbound leads from Website, Google Ads, IndiaMART, HeliTaxii App, Yatra enquiries into bookings.

·       Daily 80-100 outbound calls + WhatsApp follow-ups

2.     Sales Closure

·       Explain charter pricing, per-seat Yatra packages (Kedarnath, Amarnath etc), Heli-Taxi services

·       Share quotations, negotiate, and close deals

·       Achieve monthly booking / revenue targets

3.     CRM & Follow-up

·       Update all calls and lead status in CRM / Google Sheet

·       Systematic follow-up until closure - no lead left behind

·       Coordinate with Operations team for flight scheduling

Requirements:

·       1-3 Years experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Travel Sales / Aviation Sales

·       Excellent communication in Hindi & English (other language is a plus)

·       Must be comfortable with hardcore outbound calling and target pressure

·       Prior experience in Aviation, Travel, Tourism, or Yatra sales is a big advantage

·       Good convincing and closing skills

·       Training directly under the Business Development Head Opportunity to grow into Sr. Business Development Manager / Charter Sales Manager
