Role Purpose

Join our Sales & Marketing team to grow our customer base, deliver excellent customer experiences, and ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfilment. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support promotions and coordinate exhibitions to ensure strong brand visibility and smooth execution
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through outreach, field visits, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
  • Gather market and competitor insights to support sales strategies
  • Contribute to sales targets through pipeline building and conversion
  • Provide technical guidance on product specifications and CIDB standards, ensuring correct product selection
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support project specifications, factory visits, and conversion of projects into sales
  • Coordinate with Production to ensure timely order completion and development of new product profiles
  • Work with Admin and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 02 years of sales experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and develop new markets
  • Inside sales and/or field sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to handle pressure professionally
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English
  • Able to understand technical product specifications
