Job Responsibility

You will play an essential role in:-
- Responsible for sales and marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings & other building materials to developers, architects, retailers & contractors.
- Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Conduct product presentation, introduction, and demonstration.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
- Negotiates with principals for the best pricing and other terms in the company&aposs best interest.
- Oversee team to ensure timely follow-up on delivery, shortage, and complaint matters.
- Monitor and drive the team to achieve the monthly collection targets.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
What help you excel in this role:
- At least 3 years of hands-on relevant experiences.
- Good Management Skills plus ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning and presentation skill.
- Good commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, communication skill, and team management ability.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word), accounting software, CRM, and general computer skill.
- Possess good written and communication skills in English.
- This role requires regular travel, as part of job responsibility. Candidate should be willing and able to travel as needed.
- Good contact with developer, architect & interior designer.
