Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Subang Jaya. The role involves driving sales, implementing effective marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, analyzing market trends, and training colleagues on effective sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Strong skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth and execute marketing initiatives
• Experience in Training others in sales and marketing methodologies is a plus
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
