Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to assigned customers, outlets, and outstation areas where required to support sales, marketing, and merchandising activities.
Build and maintain good working relationships with outlet staff, supervisors, promoters, customers, and internal sales teams to support business growth.
Monitor stock levels at outlets and follow up on replenishment needs to ensure sufficient product availability.
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the relevant internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Support marketing and promotional activities, including new product launches, campaign execution, product setup, outlet activities, and sales-related events.
Monitor competitors products, pricing, promotions, display arrangements, and market activities, and provide useful feedback to the Company.
Prepare and submit outlet visit reports, sales updates, stock reports, reports, market feedback, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Assist in identifying sales opportunities, improving product visibility, and supporting the Company's sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor and follow up on customer payments, outstanding balances, and collection matters in coordination with the Accounts Department and sales team.
Assist in opening new customer accounts by collecting the required documents, coordinating with the internal team, and following up on approval status.
Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors or the department head from time to time.

Requirements

Required language(s): Manda rin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or equivalent
At least 1–2 years of working experience in sales, merchandising, marketing support, or a related field is preferred
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to travel and visit outstation outlets/customers when required
Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Previous working experience in the lighting and electrical industry will be an added advantage
