This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Petaling Jaya. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and offering tailored solutions to prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting product-related training sessions, and managing sales strategies to achieve business growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for marketing efforts is also a critical aspect of this role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve growth targets
• Experience in Training and the ability to deliver product knowledge and support to clients or teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for sales and marketing purposes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in technology, AI, or data analytics industries is beneficial
