Sales Marketing Specialist
Overview

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales, confident in communication, and eager to build strong client relationships. Whether you are an experienced sales executive or a fresh graduate with strong presentation skills, we welcome driven individuals who want to grow in a structured and results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Actively generate new leads through calls, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
  • Conduct professional and persuasive client presentations that clearly showcase solutions and value.
  • Support the sales process from prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, to deal closing.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing & Presentation Support
  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Prepare well-structured proposals, presentations, and reports to support client pitches.
  • Participate in company events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the brand professionally.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information using CRM systems.
  • Submit structured weekly/monthly sales activity reports, including pipeline updates and target progress.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; confident in client-facing roles.
  • Detail-oriented and structured in managing tasks, proposals, and reports.
  • Driven, energetic, and eager to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (CRM knowledge is a plus).
