Responsibilities :
- Support both sales and marketing desk on sales operations, records tracking and maintenance, account registration on sales tools, marketing orders follow up and CMS system support etc.
- Maintain the data accuracy of sales system and ensure the price and quotation are in place for further consolidation and processing
- Preform regular revenue recognition reporting to management team
- Support online marketing campaign, Webinars and offline marketing event operation
- Assist in Digital Marketing Campaigns and outreach leveraging on our Database
- Work closely with Vendors, Legal, Tax and Finance team on marketing purchase order processing
- Coordinate MBA/ TPP communication for Marketing team and headquarter
- Support sales leads clean up and upload to CRM system for record maintenance
- Daily support to sales & marketing team i.e. meeting arrangement and materials support, training notification, team activities coordination
- Supporting Sales Team in terms of Salesforce reports and preparation
- Ensuring Sales hygiene in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Ensure that we are able to track outbound and inbound campaign lead generation into Sales Funnel Tracker
- Assist in applying for Voucher application and Account registration
- Coordinate local training sessions based on regular training requirements
- Assist in tracking outbound lead conversion into qualified opportunities provide weekly updates
- Act as a Team admin coordinator for Projects and Initiatives to assist the Sales Director. Ensure that we have a regular status update of administrative tasks back to the country sales leaders (SG, MY)
Skills and knowledge required:
- Sales Operations & Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems for account registration, data maintenance, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Marketing Operations Support: Experience supporting online campaigns (webinars), offline events, and digital outreach using customer databases.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to work with vendors and internal teams (Legal, Tax, Finance) on purchase orders and marketing processes.
- Administrative & Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills to coordinate meetings, training sessions, team activities, and act as liaison between local teams and headquarters.
- Communication skills: Able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese languages (including read and write). As this position work in a globally team.
