Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role includes strategizing and executing sales initiatives, building relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and effective presentation skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and managing client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to organize and deliver Training sessions to clients and internal teams
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and familiarity in the field of science
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in educational supplies or science-related industries is an advantage
