Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Shah Alam. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, engage with customers, and support the achievement of revenue targets. Responsibilities include presenting products or services, handling customer inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, and following up on leads. The role also involves assisting in developing and executing marketing campaigns, preparing basic sales and marketing materials, and supporting promotional activities and events. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, provide feedback on market trends, and participate in training to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets, manage pipelines, and support sales planning.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver or support product and sales training for team members or partners.
• Candidates should have basic marketing knowledge, including promotional activities and market research.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in common office software and digital tools used for sales and marketing reporting.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
