Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Procurement Executive at HABLEM OIL & GAS (M) SDN BHD located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales and Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management on a day-to-day basis.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the full cycle of sales and procurement processes including preparing quotations, sourcing suppliers, managing client communication, and supporting project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations, sales proposals and tender submissions.
• Source, negotiate, and liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
• Communicate with customers on pricing, orders, and follow-ups.
• Support project team in material planning, stock coordination, and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, procurement, and vendor databases.
• Work closely with technical and operation teams to fulfil project and customer requirements.
• Monitor costing, budget control, and perform basic commercial analysis.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Engineering (or relevant field).
• 12 years working experience in sales/procurement is an advantage (fresh grads are welcome).
• Good communication & negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate (SQL, SUS, SMARTGEP, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc).
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem-solving ability.
