Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Greet and approach customers, promote products, and encourage purchases
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle minor issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
  • Support in-store events and roadshows when required
  • Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat sales

Job Requirements

  • Willing to work in a shopping mall/retail environment
  • Able to work on shift rotation (morning/evening/full shift)
  • Off days will be scheduled on weekdays
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player
  • Basic sales or customer service experience is an advantage
