Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our financial solutions sales activities.

This role is not a traditional call centre position.

While outbound calling is involved, the focus is on supporting the sales process, managing follow-ups, and assisting with self-driven outreach such as WhatsApp engagement and simple advertising efforts.

If you have prior telesales experience and are looking for a less rigid, more structured support role, this may be a good fit.

What You'll Do

• Support outbound sales activities through calls and follow-ups

• Assist in contacting potential clients and managing responses

• Follow up interested leads via WhatsApp and phone

• Help gather basic client information for sales consultants

• Maintain simple records of follow-ups and progress

• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
