Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid on-site role located in the Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with customers to ensure satisfaction, and assisting in inventory management. You will also provide administrative support to streamline sales operations and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and administrative operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic work setting
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience in sales support or customer service roles is preferred
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
