KUL Gifts is a Malaysian retail and corporate gifting brand specializing in Batik-inspired products. We provide unique Batik apparel, accessories, and customized gift solutions for individuals, events, and corporate clients.

Our mission is to modernize Batik and make it relevant for today's market while preserving its cultural value.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role located in Cyberjaya.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, assisting with product recommendations, processing sales transactions, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations.

The role also involves ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the shop's overall sales performance.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confident, presentable, and approachable personality

Able to speak Malay and English

Responsible and punctual

Basic understanding of Batik or genuine interest in arts and culture

Comfortable using social media platforms

Retail experience is an advantage but not required
