Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre
Brands: Global Work, Overprint, and Regal A collection of well-known Japanese fashion and lifestyle brands. Each brand offers a unique identity, from casual and natural-style fashion to youthful streetwear, and premium leather footwear and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with styling suggestions, product recommendations, and fitting room support.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including gift wrapping and basic POS duties.
- Support store presentation by dressing mannequins, updating displays, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space.
- Assist in receiving and restocking inventory, including checking new arrivals and managing stock on the floor.
- Engage in product-specific promotions, such as shoe care tips or styling advice for apparel and accessories.
- Build rapport with customers and contribute to a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
- Contribute to brand promotion activities, including social media content or in-store campaigns, when needed.
- Support the store team during peak sales periods, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with customer flow.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- A strong interest in fashion, shoes, or streetwear trends, with a good sense of style.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to smooth store operations.
- Comfortable with using polite and professional language in customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn about product features, styling techniques, and brand identity.
- Social media savviness (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) is a bonus for supporting brand visibility.
- Preferably with experience in new store openings and setup processes.
