Sales Associate, Direct Sales (Nationwide)

This role is responsible for the performance of all sales activities assigned from time to time. To Promote and sell Retail banking Product -Credit card, Personal Loan (AMONEYLINE) & CASA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute individual sales plan in achieving the monthly sales target
• Perform up-sell and cross sell activities to achieve higher sales performance.
• Adhere code of conduct and compliance at all times
• Cultivate a professional working atmosphere that encourage career development
• Ensure proper administrative functions are implemented
• Execute and adhere sales programs
• Handle and resolve all customer enquiries
• Manage any other ad-hoc campaigns as assigned.
• Communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Malay to better accommodate and consult clients or customers.

• Ability to set and maintain high standard of professionalism, work ethics and team spirit.
• Good command of telephone soft skills.
• Ability to be resourceful andbuild rapport with potential and existing clients.
• A track record of being proactive in your daily tasks assigned.
• Additional languages spoken would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
