Job Description

  • This position is open to fresh graduates and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Admin/Associate roles.
  • Proficient in business language (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the sales mailbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding relevant information to appropriate departments.
  • Conduct daily checks for any issues on the company website.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve website issues promptly.
  • Proactively raise and manage IT tickets to address technical concerns.
  • Report IT issues in systems such as D365, APC, and Inside for tracking and resolution.
  • Verify the functionality of phone numbers and chat buttons, addressing any issues.
  • Actively manage proactive chat messaging to ensure updates and avoid conflicts with existing events.
  • Utilize tools such as Quantum Metrics and Adobe Insights to optimize chat messaging effectiveness.
  • Ensure no schedule overlaps for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
  • Log sickness and annual leave in the schedule, working with HR and Operations teams.
  • Act as backup for Inside Sales Representatives, handling chat and inbound responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain and update the Domain Collecting System based on ISR requests.
  • Add all edu email addresses to the Lenovo database as per ISR requirements.
