Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Georgetown, allowing for a combination of office-based and remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their financial and protection needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a detailed understanding of PruBSN's product offerings. Additional tasks include attending training sessions to enhance product knowledge and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a client-focused attitude
  • Basic understanding of financial products and the concept of Takaful insurance
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for communication and sales purposes
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Relevant work experience in sales or financial services is advantageous
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
