INSIDE SALES Associate (Remote)

We are looking for a confident, driven Inside Sales Associate who thrives on phone-based selling, lead conversion, and closing deals.

This is a HIGH COMMISSION role with NO BASIC SALARY. Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make outbound calls and follow up with incoming leads.

• Qualify prospects and identify genuine buying opportunities.

• Conduct telesales and consult customers on suitable solar solutions.

• Handle objections, negotiate, follow up, and close deals.

• Schedule site visits and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.

• Confident and persuasive communication skills.

• Strong phone-based selling and closing ability.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and hungry to earn.

• Solar, property, automotive, telecommunications, or other consultative sales experience is a strong advantage.
