Role Summary
Design and implement automated sales pipelines and CRM systems that convert leads into customers and affiliates with minimal manual effort. You will build the revenue automation engine.
Responsibilities
Sales Funnel Automation
- Build automated systems for lead capture, nurturing, conversion sequences, onboarding flows, and affiliate management
CRM Architecture
- Design and manage CRM platforms HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or custom integrations
Sales Process Automation
- Automate email sequences, WhatsApp flows, SMS follow-ups, appointment booking, and onboarding
Integration Engineering
- Connect CRM, payment systems, affiliate tracking, and marketing automation via APIs, webhooks, and middleware
Funnel Performance Optimisation
- Track lead conversion, pipeline bottlenecks, and campaign ROI then improve continuously
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Programming
- JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, webhook integrations
Automation Platforms
- Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Pabbly, or equivalent
CRM Platforms
- Proficiency in at least one: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
Marketing Automation
- Email marketing, lead scoring, customer segmentation, behavioural automation
EXPERIENCE & WHAT TO SUBMIT
- Minimum 3+ years in software engineering or automation development
- A portfolio of automation systems built
