Job Description

What You'll Do
  • Generate new business opportunities with property developers and corporate clients
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Present our branding, digital marketing, and creative solutions
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Follow up and close new business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings
  • Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver outstanding campaigns
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (agency, property, media, or SaaS is an advantage)
  • Is confident speaking with CEOs, Directors, and Marketing Managers
  • Loves challenges and enjoys closing deals
  • Is self-disciplined and proactive
  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Owns a car and is willing to travel for client meetings
  • Speaks English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus)

Salary Package

Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM7,000 (Based on experience)

Commission: Uncapped

On-Target Earnings (OTE): RM80,000 to RM180,000+ per year

Top performers will have opportunities to grow into Senior Sales, Business Development Manager, or Sales Director roles as Envicion expands.
