Sales Business Development Executive to join the sales team.
Role Description
The
Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for executing a balanced hunterfarmer sales strategy, with a primary focus on acquiring new business while also nurturing and expanding existing customer accounts.
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Your ability to prospect, engage, and close new clients, combined with proactive account management, will directly contribute to expanding the client base and strengthening partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Background in product-based sales (manufacturing, industrial goods, packaging, materials, etc.) is an added advantage
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
