Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:Identify and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, events, and partnerships.
  • Client Engagement:Understand customer pain points and clearly articulate how our AI solutions can solve business challenges.
  • Pipeline Management:Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), tracking activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Partnership Building:Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Meet Sales Targets:Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Feedback Loop:Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
  • Experience selling to SMBs or startups is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
