Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive specializing in Solar PV Energy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy solutions and possess the skills to drive sales growth and foster business relationships in the solar energy sector.
Location: Kuala Lumpur & Sarawak
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information on our solar PV energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solar solutions.
2 . Assessment and Proposal Generation:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and site conditions to propose optimal solar PV solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals outlining the benefits and feasibility of solar energy adoption.
3. Quotation and Contract Negotiation:
- Generate accurate and competitive quotations for solar PV installations, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure agreements for solar energy projects.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and opportunities for new solar projects.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
5. Project Oversight and Execution:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of solar installations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
6 .Payment Collection and Financial Management:
- Facilitate the collection of payments under project milestones and contractual agreements.
- Monitor project finances and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Market Research and Business Development:
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the solar energy sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for expanding our solar PV energy portfolio.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, project status, and market insights for management review.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, with a focus on solar PV energy or renewable energy solutions.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
