Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant specializing in Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling ASB investment products to eligible customers. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth and success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers for ASB investment products
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of ASB investments
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable ASB products
  • Assist customers with the application process for ASB investments
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Stay updated on market trends and ASB product developments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service
  • Participate in marketing events and promotional activities
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of ASB products and Malaysian investment landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • FIMM (Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia) certification preferred
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
