Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant specializing in Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling ASB investment products to eligible customers. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth and success.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for ASB investment products
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of ASB investments
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable ASB products
- Assist customers with the application process for ASB investments
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on market trends and ASB product developments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service
- Participate in marketing events and promotional activities
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of ASB products and Malaysian investment landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- FIMM (Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia) certification preferred
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
