Role Description This is a full-time Sales Consultant role in a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based in IOI Putrajaya, KL Cheras, Damansara & KL North with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective customers in the showroom and online, understand their needs, present suitable BYD vehicle options, and guide them through the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, preparing quotations, explaining financing and ownership options, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal teams on vehicle availability and delivery timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
