Accountability
- To meet the monthly target of credit card approval,card activation and balance transfer,
as per direction set by the management.
- To participate in any roadshow or sales activities organized by the bank for cards
acquisition activity.
- Actively acquiring NTB customers and to cross sell other products offered by the bank
where necessary.
- To ensure all sales solicited are done face to face and all customers are duly verified, to
avoid fraudulent application.
- To comply with FSA/iFSA 2013, PDPA 2010, AMLATFPUAA 2014 and other guidelines
as stipulated by the bank.
- To maintain the code of ethics
Qualifications And Experience
- SPM qualification with experience in cards sales
- Diploma holder with working experience
- Degree holder
Skills And Knowledge
- Knowledge in Customer Services
- Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
