Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Consultant role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Consultant will focus on identifying and engaging prospective customers, delivering exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing personalized consultation to match individuals fitness goals with club offerings. This role involves conducting tours of the facility, explaining membership packages, and collaborating with team members to consistently promote the club's services. Additionally, the individual will take an active part in ensuring customers needs are met, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable fitness solutions
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience and foster member retention
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with potential and existing members effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the fitness/health industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in fitness or sales are advantageous
