Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Kota Kinabalu. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice and solutions regarding the company's automotive products and services. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term client relationships by offering professional consulting. Additionally, the role involves keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance client relationships
• Effective Communication skills for engaging and understanding customer requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented on-site environment
• Experience in the automotive or related industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and relevant sales software
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
