Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their mobility needs, and recommending suitable Proton vehicles and packages. Daily activities include welcoming customers, conducting product presentations and test drives, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to delivery. The role involves maintaining close follow-up with leads, handling customer questions, and ensuring a positive showroom experience that reflects the company's service standards. The Sales Consultant also supports after-sales coordination, keeps accurate records in the dealership systems, and collaborates with the team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
- Candidates should possess customer-focused skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to create positive buying and ownership experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and confident presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and public holidays as required, and to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with computers and dealership CRM or sales systems is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and ability to conduct test drives with customers.
- Minimum secondary school qualification; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
