What You'll Do:
- Drive direct revenue through consultative B2C sales.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and propose improvements to enhance profitability and service quality.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase solar solutions, ROI benefits, and energy efficiency, while delivering exceptional after-sales support.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach by understanding client needs, addressing pain points, and building long-term relationships through guidance, support, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and relevant government incentives/policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of consultative selling experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin for effective client communication.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and a strong team player.
- Comfortable with technical knowledge and able to learn products quickly.
- Own transport with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
