Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kota Kinabalu for a Sales Consultant, Mortgage. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, providing expert advice on mortgage products, and offering tailored financial solutions to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, monitor market trends, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and experience delivering tailored financial solutions to meet client needs
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Consulting experience with a focus on recommending effective financial and mortgage products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a goal-oriented, team-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the mortgage and financial services industry is an advantage
