Job Description

Job Summary**

Responsible for providing financial advisory services to priority banking clients, identifying and fulfilling their wealth management needs, and contributing to the growth of RHB Bank's Premier Financial (PF-i) portfolio.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Acquire and onboard new high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients for the PF-i segment.
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis to understand client objectives, risk profiles, and investment goals.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and solutions, encompassing a range of products such as investments, insurance, deposits, and loans.
  • Proactively manage and deepen existing client relationships through regular reviews, portfolio rebalancing, and offering suitable product upgrades.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the PF-i business.
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit officers, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic outlooks, and new product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records and sales reports.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or priority banking.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of various financial products, including unit trusts, bancassurance, bonds, and structured products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE, TBE) is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
