Proactively identify and acquire new customers for Personal Financing products through various channels including cold calling, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable Personal Financing solutions, including loans, credit cards, and other related products.
Conduct thorough financial assessments and explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately to customers.
Prepare and process Personal Financing applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Actively participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives to promote Personal Financing products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to identify sales opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of services.
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on personal financing or retail banking products.
Strong understanding of personal financing products, including loans, credit cards, and related services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in other local languages will be an added advantage.
