Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers for personal finance products such as loans, credit cards .
- Recommend suitable personal finance products and services that align with client needs and RHB Bank offerings
- Prepare and process loan applications, credit card applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales.
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of personal finance products and services.
