You are a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson. As our Sales Consultant, you take warm, qualified leads and guide decision-makers through a structured buying journey — diagnosing business challenges, building a compelling case for change, and leading stakeholders to confident decisions. You operate with the precision of a consultant and the drive of a hunter. Every deal in your pipeline is a target. Every target gets closed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own your pipeline — forecast accurately, update deal stages proactively, and hit targets without being chased.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to deeply understand each prospect's operations, pain points, and business goals.
- Map stakeholders across the organisation — identify champions, decision-makers, and potential blockers.
- Guide prospects through the full decision-making process with structured follow-ups, tailored proposals, and clear next steps.
- Deliver compelling, customised POS/CRM demos that speak directly to the client's workflows and ROI expectations.
- Build urgency and manage deal momentum — you know when to push, when to nurture, and when to walk away.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms with confidence and commercial discipline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets — mediocre months are not acceptable.
- Partner closely with the SDR team to provide sharp feedback that continuously improves lead quality.
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene — every deal stage, stakeholder note, and commitment logged accurately.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Consultative selling mindset — you ask before you pitch, and you solve before you sell.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex buying committees.
- Skilled at guiding decision-makers — you create clarity, reduce friction, and build buying confidence.
- SaaS, software, or technology sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Confident, polished presenter — you can walk a business owner through a live demo and make it feel effortless.
- Disciplined and systematic — you manage your pipeline with rigour and forecast accurately.
- Driven by results and hungry for uncapped earnings — average is not in your vocabulary.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Basic Salary RM6 ,000 - 8,000 + Uncapped Commission(Gross RM 10,000 - 15,000)
