Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant position based in Johor Bahru. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, and promoting the company's products and services. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, consulting on financial solutions, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company guidelines. Collaboration with internal teams and continuous learning to stay updated on market trends are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Consulting and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong abilities in Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Consulting expertise with an understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Knowledge of the Takaful industry and financial products is an advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
