Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Kuantan. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential customers, providing consultation on suitable takaful solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering high-quality customer service to support clients with their financial protection and legacy planning needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to offer tailored financial solutions
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
