Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients, deliver tailored solutions, and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, consulting on services, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration to ensure the delivery of effective sales solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure an exceptional experience for clients.
  • Strong Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and build meaningful relationships.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in BPO or related industry will be an added advantage.
