Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant at Veroni Design, located in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored recommendations on interior design and custom-built products, and developing proposals. This role also involves managing client relationships, coordinating with the design and production team, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and persuasive communication.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships
• Knowledge of interior design and furniture, including space planning or customization (basic knowledge will be considered as well.)
• Proficiency in customer service and client engagement to provide tailored solutions
• Ability to work in an on-site environment, staying proactive and goal-oriented
• Experience in the interior design or furniture industry is a plus
• A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software for presentations or catalog demonstrations is advantageous
