About the Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support customer order management and coordination across internal teams. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with customers while ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication, and high service standards. You will play a key role in handling enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales activities to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Office Location: Setia Alam
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate customer's orders and requirements accordingly with respective departments.
- Strive for excellent customer service.
- Process customers PO into contract review format accordingly.
- Attend to customer's complaints professionally and liaise with respective departments where necessary.
- Secure sales target with existing customers as well as promote new and existing products to customers.
- Attend to customer's visits where necessary.
- Record and compile documents according to ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 requirement.
- Other assigned duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Strong computer skills are preferred.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, i.e. time management planning.
- Good discipline and attitude.
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
- Ability to work with all levels to management.
- Reliable, self starter, needs very little supervision.
