About the Role:

In this role, you will provide dedicated support to the Business Development and Client Success teams, with a focus on serving clients in Singapore and Malaysia. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving business growth and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to the Business Development and Client Success teams in all sales-related activities.
  • Manage and coordinate incoming sales enquiries, quotations, process orders, handle invoicing and payments, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, deliver accurate product and service information, and assist in resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Support, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assist with any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English communication skills across languages.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp and understand technical concepts efficiently.
  • Resilient and adaptable, capable of handling rejection and applying feedback constructively and promptly.
  • Previous experience in the Fintech industry is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
