Job Description

To support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, tracking sales data, and handling customer inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order & Customer Management: Processing customer orders, managing inquiries, updating delivery dates, and resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Support & Reporting: Preparing quotations, contracts, and sales reports, tracking team quotas, and updating CRM systems.

  • Operational Coordination: Organizing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, production, and shipping teams.
