Key Responsibilities
- Order & Customer Management: Processing customer orders, managing inquiries, updating delivery dates, and resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support & Reporting: Preparing quotations, contracts, and sales reports, tracking team quotas, and updating CRM systems.
- Operational Coordination: Organizing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, production, and shipping teams.
