Job Description

Job Responsibility

Your Role

Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Promote and explain the benefits of Catalyst Educations tuition and daycare services to potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns and events.
Assist in administrative tasks related to student enrollment and record management.

Job Requirements

Job Skills Required

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients).
Passionate about education
Results-driven, positive, and able to work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools is an added advantage.
