As a Sales Data Analyst at Ant group, you will be working with a fast-paced and innovative team, leveraging Salesforce and internal data tool as a driver of management for the organization.
You will be a highly skilled data analysis with expertise in data management and report design. tenacious problem-solver with good attention to detail and revel in translating raw data into meaningful insights. You will also pride yourself in being accountable for producing accurate and reliable statistics. You will work closely with various departments including but not limited to sales, marketing, and salesforce BA to support daily data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining data models, databases, and central dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- To mine, analyse, and generate customized reports and data dashboards/visualizations to meet business teams needs.
- Conducting data quality checks while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all spectrums before implementing findings
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights
- Collaborating with stakeholders and internal team member to establish business goals, metrics, and requirements and then translate these specifics into business analysis solutions
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years working experience with 3 years in data analysis
- Fluent in English and mandarin (Must)
- Experience with data analysis, including data mining, analysis, and reporting capabilities
- Intermediate SQL skills/experience (Must)
Interpersonal Skills:
- Able to clearly summarise complex analytical results (or similar) to a non-technical audience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven time management and prioritization skills to make efficient, logical decisions in a rapidly changing environment
